Research project  "Possibilities of implementing moving electrode electrostatic precipitator (MEEP) in coal fired power plant in Kazakhstan"

Since 2014 under the NEDO program (Japanese Government) a study on the implementation of highly effective systems of “Сlean Сoal Technologies” has been carrying out in Kazakhstan. Green Bridge Company is a local consultant of Japanese company Asuka Green Investment Co LTD on the current research project on GRES-1 (JSC "Samruk-Energy").

During the research experts of Green Bridge Company performed the followings:

• Preparation of information on the socio-economic indicators of the Republic of Kazakhstan, characteristic of the Energy sector, policies and trends in the field of Environmental protection, etc.;
• Organization of visits of the Japanese delegation to Kazakhstan (organization of business meetings, transfer, support in negotiations, translation services, and others.);
• Preparation of information on the investment climate in Kazakhstan;
• Collection and analysis of information on the specifics of design and estimate documentation (feasibility study (TEO), detailed design) in Kazakhstan;
• Coordination of work for shipment of coal samples from Ekibastuz to Japan for tests purpose;
• Representation of interests of Japanese side in Kazakhstan.
